Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) are an agreement between you and Offbeat Culture Private Limited (“Offbeat Culture”, “we”, “us”), Sahakar Nagar, Bengaluru, Karnataka, India. By using offbeatculture.co.in or buying any of our products, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or use our products with the permission of a parent or guardian, and be able to enter into a binding contract under Indian law.

2. Products

We sell digital products only: online courses and workshops, downloadable digital products (such as prompt kits, templates and guides), memberships and web apps. Each product page describes what you receive. We may update or improve product content over time.

3. Prices and payment

• Prices are shown in Indian Rupees (INR) for customers in India and in US Dollars (USD) for international customers, and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. The price and currency are shown clearly on the checkout page before you pay.
• International payments may be subject to currency conversion or fees charged by your bank or card provider.
• Payments are processed securely by third-party payment providers. By paying, you also agree to their terms.
• We may change prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders already paid for.
• Memberships are billed in advance every month until you cancel.

4. Delivery and access

Access is delivered digitally to your checkout email, usually within minutes of payment. Full details are in our Delivery & Access Policy.

5. Licence to use our content

When you buy a product, we give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use it for your own learning and your own business. You may not:

• Share your login, or give, resell, or distribute the course videos, files or materials to anyone else
• Upload our content to any public or private website, group, drive or platform
• Copy, record, or republish our content as your own, or use it to create a competing product

Templates and prompts may be used to create your own work and products. All content, trademarks and materials remain the intellectual property of Offbeat Culture Private Limited.

6. Account responsibility

You are responsible for keeping your login details safe and for all activity on your account. We may suspend or end access, without refund, if an account is shared or if these Terms are broken.

7. Results disclaimer

Our courses and products are educational. Any results, follower numbers or income figures mentioned are examples and not a guarantee. Your results depend on your own effort, skills, market and circumstances. Nothing we provide is financial, legal or tax advice.

8. Refunds and cancellations

Refunds and membership cancellations are covered by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

9. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse our website or platforms, including attempting to hack, disrupt, scrape or overload them, or posting abusive or unlawful content in our communities.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to a product is limited to the amount you paid for that product. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

11. Third-party services

We use third-party platforms for payments, hosting, email and live sessions. We are not responsible for outages or issues caused by those services, but we will help you resolve them where we can.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
